Job Description

This is an exciting, newly created role for Xref’s marketing department that offers the opportunity for an enthusiastic content marketer/copywriter to support the global rollout of Xref’s brand messaging.  

The Content Executive reports directly to Xref’s Head of Communications but will liaise with all business departments in multiple countries to plan and develop internal and external content for a range of mediums, including blogs, press releases, presentations, web, email copy and more.

Key activities for Xref’s Content Executive include:

  • Mapping and managing quarterly content and communications plans that align with broader marketing goals
  • Coordinating briefs for campaign-based activities and ensuring that content hits the brief and is delivered on time .

  • Ensuring consideration for customer personas in all external content developed for every region.

  • Assisting in the day-to-day management of PR agencies and coordination of media enquiries (globally).


  • Ideally you will come from a marketing or communications background, with prior experience in a content-focussed role.

  • Demonstrable skills in planning and writing content for B2B marketing campaigns.

  • Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • A go-getter attitude, eagerness to learn and team player approach.

  • PR/media relations experience would be highly regarded.

  • Internal communications experience would be a bonus (but not essential).
