Job Description

 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to come on board and make a real impact by developing targeted customer journeys for all of Xref's clients.

In this newly created position, you will manage Xref's marketing programs, delivered by our automation platform. As part of the Marketing team you will also contribute your knowledge of data management and advanced segmentation to create best practices across email nurture programs, trigger-based and one one-off campaigns.

  • Management of Email Marketing Campaigns - Create and optimise email marketing campaigns

  • Deliver effective lead nurturing and scoring models that are measurable across target segments

  • Develop campaign reporting by utilising your knowledge of broader digital marketing methods such as SEO/SEM and paid media

  • Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders (sales, customer success, marketing) to ensure the successful deliverability of campaigns

Qualifications

 

  • Previous experience in marketing automation (ideally Pardot or Marketo) - certification preferred but not essential

  • Demonstrated experience of running successful marketing campaigns

  • Knowledge of best practice email marketing ie responsive email design, copy development

  • Knowledge of how companies use CRMs (ideally with experience using Salesforce)

  • Demonstrated experience in writing for b2b campaigns

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Team player with a ‘cup-half-full’ attitude.
