Job Description


With some big names under our belt, we are now looking for an Account Manager to fly the Xref flag in New Zealand. 

How will you be adding value to Xref on a day-to-day basis?

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all clients based in New Zealand

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our product according to customer needs and objectives

  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within New Zealand

  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to maximise usage of Xref on each account.


This will be a stand alone based based from Auckland so it is essential you are able to drive your own performance,  are comfortable working autonomously and are a real go getter. 

Achievements you must demonstrate:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Recruitment Consultant or sales experience in the HR tech / recruitment industry (essential)

  • Built strong relationships across the recruitment industry and enjoy networking in the industry

  • Proven results in nurturing existing relationships to develop areas of new business

  • Ability to drive your own performance to reach sales targets

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Clear communication skills and the ability to present in front of customers.
