Job Description

As part of the sales team, you will find, establish and close new business opportunities with senior HR and recruitment managers from businesses of all shapes and sizes - medium to enterprises, NFPs to major corporates.

You will quickly learn that Xref clients love what we do, offering them a solution for an age-old recruitment pain point with a substantial ROI.

You will work with and learn from an experienced sales team, sit alongside our fantastic customer success managers, and collaborate with each of our business departments - including marketing, finance and development - who will be on hand to support the sales process and ensure you are meeting and exceeding your goals.

Qualifications

You will have at least three years’ experience working in the London recruitment market to ensure you understand our clients’ challenges and the recruitment process, as well as:

  • A strong, consultative  and demonstrated sales approach

  • Dedicated and driven to deliver high achieving sales results

  • A natural ability to network and build successful relationships

  • A confident and passionate approach to presenting - the role will often require you to demonstrate the platform to recruitment teams

  • The ability to drive your own performance and work autonomously

Above all, you'll be a natural conversationalist and a great listener
