Job Description

Our account managers are a fun bunch who make sure our existing clients are receiving the most value from the Xref platform as well as looking for areas to expand usage within the business. 

 

How will you be adding value to Xref on a day-to-day basis?

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our product according to customer needs and objectives

  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory

  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

  • Work closely with Customer Success to maximise each account.

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment or sales experience in HR tech / recruitment industry

  • Proven results in nurturing existing relationships to develop areas of new business

  • Ability to drive your own performance to reach sales targets

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Clear communication skills and the ability to present in front of customers.

 

Above all, you'll be a natural conversationalist and a great listener.
