Job Description

As part of the sales team, you will find, establish and close new business opportunities with senior HR and recruitment managers from businesses of all shapes and sizes - medium to enterprises, NFPs to major corporates.

 

You will quickly learn that Xref clients love what we do, offering them a solution for an age-old recruitment pain point with a substantial ROI.

 

You will work with and learn from an experienced sales team, sit alongside our fantastic customer success managers, and collaborate with each of our business departments - including marketing, finance and development - who will be on hand to support the sales process and ensure you are meeting and exceeding your goals.

Qualifications

You will be a successful 360 degree recruiter with a track record in exceeding your targets and winning new business.  Your in depth knowledge of the recruitment industry will help you understand our clients’ challenges and their recruitment process. 

You will also need:

  • A strong, consultative sales approach

  • A natural ability to network and build successful relationships

  • A confident and passionate approach to presenting - the role will often require you to demonstrate the platform to recruitment teams

  • The ability to drive your own performance and work autonomously

  • A passion for technology!

 

Above all, you'll be a natural conversationalist and a great listener.
