Xplor is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to support the growth of our Boutique Fitness Software solution; Xplor Mariana Tek.
As a leader in Xplor’s regional marketing team you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand the needs of our market and how our product serves them, and formulate holistic marketing strategies to accelerate the growth of Xplor Mariana Tek.
This role is the glue between our marketing team and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a master orchestrator and sophisticated marketer, with a rigorous focus on the needs of our customer, analytics, and business impact.
Your experience should include a history of proven results managing a SaaS marketing team and overseeing integrated marketing strategies. Additionally, the person in this role should be customer obsessed, with deep curiosity about the audience and their journey - surprising and delighting their audiences based on their needs and opportunities every step of the way.

As the Marketing Copywriter for Fitness & Wellbeing vertical in North America, you’ll be working closely with the marketing team to create to support the creation of content in all our campaigns and ongoing efforts for two of our key brands; Xplor Mariana Tek and Xplor Recreation products.
Ultimately, you will be working with product, marketing, sales, and other key stakeholders to craft compelling stories about our products across all our marketing channels.
This is a fully remote position and reports directly to the VP of Marketing.
Building out and managing a proactive content calendar for both brands
Creating content to support the execution of marketing campaigns and general “business-as-usual" marketing efforts, including (but not limited to):
Website & landing page content
Social media copy
Product launch documentation
Conducting necessary background research (when required) to produce high-quality thought-leadership content
Identifying and collaborating with industry thought-leaders to create crowd-sourced content
Ensuring content is in line with brand guidelines and messaging matrix, and delivered without errors
Delivering web and blog content that is in line with SEO and on-page optimization best practices
3+ years copywriting experience in a similar, B2B software role
Strong writing, grammatical, and proofreading skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
Proven success in delivering SEO-optimized content that ranks
Impeccable attention to detail
Experience working with project management software like Asana
Proactive, persistent, enthusiastic, resourceful, and driven.
Experience and desire to work closely with sales and other cross-functional teams towards a mutually desired outcome.
Experience working in a matrixed environment and remote team
Experience working with software platforms like HubSpot (or other marketing automation platforms), Unbounce, and CMS platforms

- The average base salary pay range for this position is $75,000 to $103,000
- May be eligible for a discretionary bonus
