Xplor is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to support the growth of our Boutique Fitness Software solution; Xplor Mariana Tek.  

As a leader in Xplor’s regional marketing team you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand the needs of our market and how our product serves them, and formulate holistic marketing strategies to accelerate the growth of Xplor Mariana Tek. 

This role is the glue between our marketing team and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a master orchestrator and sophisticated marketer, with a rigorous focus on the needs of our customer, analytics, and business impact.  

Your experience should include a history of proven results managing a SaaS marketing team and overseeing integrated marketing strategies. Additionally, the person in this role should be customer obsessed, with deep curiosity about the audience and their journey - surprising and delighting their audiences based on their needs and opportunities every step of the way. 

Job Description

Key responsibilities: 

  • Drive the development of the end-to-end marketing strategies to achieve marketing KPIs with a focus on demand generation and sales enablement

  • Be the central point between product marketing and campaign manager that leads marketing efforts across a suite of channels and tactics (ex. Web, Email/Marketing Automation, Paid Digital, Social, Events, ABM, Referrals/Affiliates, etc.) 

  • Align with cross-functional stakeholders to work towards mutually-beneficial outcomes 

  • Develop event and account-based programs that effectively drive brand awareness, demand-generation, and actively nurture leads through the funnel 

  • Take a disciplined approach to regular measurement, and report on outcomes to relevant audiences, including Senior Leadership 

  • Make data-driven recommendations and drive cross-functional improvements and regularly improve marketing efficacy 

  • Build tight relationships with the sales organization, ensuring campaign enablement, creation of sales tools, and regular tracking of campaign engagement  

  • Create scalable, repeatable marketing playbooks across various marketing channels


  • 6+ years of experience developing and executing strategic B2B demand generation programs that drive bottom-line business impact 

  • 2+ years in a leadership role with demonstrated success in performance management 

  • Deep understanding of marketing funnel tactics and metrics by stage, and a proven history of improving funnel conversion 

  • Demonstrated experience working in, with, and across key marketing functions to ensure holistic campaign assembly - Performance marketing, PR, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing etc. 

  • Expert understanding of partnering with sales to create, refine, and measure campaign success 

  • Hands-on experience with marketing metrics and analytics tools (ex. Excel, Pardot, Salesforce) 

  • Journalistic writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms 

  • Ability to navigate cultures and all levels of stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies to establish buy-in for go-to-market priorities 

  • High energy, charismatic, innovative, and creative - with the execution skills to make it all count 

  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving, fast-growing, ever-changing environment

*The average base salary pay range for this position is $75,000 to $110,000
