Job Description

You’ll manage campaigns for Xplor Field Services (FieldEdge and Service Autopilot) - business management software for the HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Lawn Care, Snow, and Residential Cleaning industries. We offer business owners the most powerful system to help their team navigate the day-to-day and long-term operational needs of their business. We have created a proven, integrated system deploying the latest technologies allowing business owners to be more efficient and customer-focused.

The Marketing Manager reports directly to the Senior Director of Field Services Marketing and will assist with driving campaigns for client acquisition and customer retention across multiple channels.

As a Marketing Manager, specializing in campaign strategy, planning and execution, you are responsible for developing lead-generating marketing campaigns using email marketing, PPC, social media, video marketing, content syndication, live events including webinars, and various other channels. The primary goal is to create campaigns that drive new prospects for the Sales Team and upsell existing customers into additional product lines. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will drive the strategy for channel/partnership marketing and trade shows. You will work in tandem with other Marketing Managers and a team of writers/designers to develop content that drives results.

The ideal candidate should have a well-rounded background in all aspects of marketing. The Marketing Manager is responsible for writing various email content and project coordination.

This role will be a hybrid workstyle as the candidate will be required to attend both virtual and in-office meetings throughout the month, with a willingness to come into the office as needed.

  • Manage new logo lead generation, member expansion sales, and member retention campaigns
  • Develop campaign strategies that include PPC (including paid Facebook ads) and email marketing strategies for Xplor Field Services products
  • Position Xplor Field Services products as industry-leading, authoritative, empowering business growth tools
  • Position our business education as thought-provoking, encouraging, experience-driven business growth strategies
  • Assist the Senior Director of Marketing with product positioning, campaign strategy, target audience, and messaging
  • Act as Marketing Department liaison and give marketing updates as needed in Sales, Growth, and Go To Market meetings
  • Drive execution of marketing campaigns utilizing various marketing channels
  • Conduct weekly check-ins with the Senior Director, Content team and participate in all department meetings
  • Use marketing best practices to increase qualified leads
  • Manage relationships with outside agencies and associations
  • Direct trade shows including creative materials and coordination with the Sales team
  • Coordinate with writing and design teams to complete marketing deliverables
  • Collaborate with team for new ideas and strategies
  • Collaborate with external departments on project management needs
  • Continually conduct market research and obtain competitive intelligence

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in new lead generation, obtaining new leads through digital and content marketing
  • 5+ years in product marketing, campaign planning and execution, personnel management, member-facing events (live and virtual), digital marketing, and internal and external communications.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or other-related field
  • 5+ years of demonstrable experience in an agency or in-house team servicing multiple clients
  • 3+ years in Channel Marketing
  • 2+ years in SalesForce and Pardot
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience in communication with leadership teams
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Excellent writing and communication skills

  • The average base salary pay range for this position is $82,000 to $92,000
  • May be eligible for a discretionary bonus
