The role of Marketing Executive is a client-facing, creative, collaborative, consultative role focused on delivering a outstanding return-on-investment for our software client base, through our carefully curated and crafted member journeys. Strong relationship forming, and really getting to know our clients businesses will play a major part in this role. There is strong growth potential for the team, services, product range, and we'd like you to play a part in creating and implementing the future vision.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Client relationship management
Use of system tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Mandrill, MessageBird, Docmail etc.) to create, implement, and manage end-customer journeys on behalf of clients
Create and run social media campaigns on behalf of our clients
Keep up to date with the latest end-customer digital marketing trends and developments
Adopt a continuous process improvement approach to your work, helpling to enure we work in the most efficient and results-driven way possible
Use your analytical skills to produce compelling reports and dashboards to demonstrate and monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and channels
Produce creative content
Review client account performance and pricing on a continuous basis
Seek opportunities to expand and develop our product offering
Grow team revenue via upsell of our services to Xplor H&F software clients
· Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
· Good working knowledge of the Office 365 suite
