Job Description

Main objective role responsibilities

Working closely with the Service Delivery Operation and broader stakeholders across the business,
This critical role will help us by:

  • Translating business needs into clearly scoped requirements, offering expert advice and
  • Working on operational and change programmes
  • Customising existing learning solutions and developing bespoke solutions
  • Researching and identifying options and solutions, design and deliver new learning solutions and project manage the solution through to the point it is embedded within Service Delivery
  • Coaching front-line agents as well as the team manager and ops manager population
  • Facilitating learning across a broad range of topics and audiences including management
  • development and customer experience


Skills Required

  • Experience in learning, organisational development, training and the design and
  • implementation of learning and development programmes
  • Experience in design and delivery of on-boarding / induction content
  • Experience in design and delivery of learning and development solutions in a contact centre environment
  • Strong facilitation, coaching & delivery skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement & leadership skills
  • Customer requirements definition and CX design
  • Ability to provide ROI / business benefit build, track and analysis
  • Data and / or business analytics experience to make or influence decisions
