Job Description

What will you be doing?

As a Customer Success Engineer you will onboard our new customers and provide first line support for client-related problems. Once a contract is signed, the Account Executive will bring the customer in contact with you for the setup of the platform and the implementation. You will be advising and training the admins and providing support during the onboarding phase. 

After the onboarding you will focus on customer satisfaction and try to fix the problems or answer the questions as efficient and sufficient as possible. You will be monitoring the incoming issues and dispatching them to adequate team if needed. Thanks to your knowledge of our products you will help clients by answering to their problems regarding travel & expense management. 


We are looking for someone who has...

  • Experience in customer service or as helpdesk (knowledge of reservation systems or other business applications would be an asset),
  • Strong technical mindset, 
  • Customer-focused approach, eager to solve problems,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to speak clearly,
  • Stress resistance and ability to work effectively under deadlines,
  • Very good command in English (C1-2) (other languages, especially French, are nice to have).
