For us it’s simple, we want to grow even faster and for that we need more people. Also our sales team can use some extra hands and brains. That’s why we have an open position for an Account Executive. You might not know it yet, but you may be the perfect fit for our awesome company…
What will you be doing?
As Account Executive DACH at Xpenditure you will take ownership over the German, Austrian and Swiss market. We are increasing our marketing efforts to collect you some nice leads that we want you to convert into customers. But you will also identify potential customers and chase your own leads together with a Sales Development Representative. You will give an online or face-to-face demo to blow them away with the amazing advantages of Xpenditure, after which they will wonder why they’ve never started working with us sooner.
You will pay attention to the client’s needs, emotions and frustrations and respond to them appropriately. Thanks to your knowledge of our product and the market you will help clients by providing an answer to their problems regarding expense management. In the meantime you will provide us with insights on how to improve the product or approach for your market and you will represent Xpenditure on events and in your network.
You will work in a fast paced team to achieve your targets. Your work will directly impact the company’s growth. Our team will see you as a valuable member and you’ll contribute to our customer satisfaction.
Who are we looking for?
You are a hunter, you love talking to clients and you’re not afraid to turn a no into a yes. Persuading them of the advantages of Xpenditure is your second nature and you prefer to focus on sales instead of on administration, procedures or politics.
Since you will work with clients from over the entire world, but mostly with German speaking customers, you speak fluent German and English. You prefer to build up a relationship with the customers. Customer satisfaction keeps you up at night and you try to achieve it with real time answers and short feedback loops. Your sales mindedness will allow you to learn how to approach a certain type of client. You’re a go getter and you’ll do what’s needed.
We would like you to start in our Headquarter Office in Belgium (Mechelen) for 6 months up to a year, after which you can attack the markets full-on locally.
