• Assist in driving the retail excellence (including vendor Mgt.)
• Review Partner ROI & Sampling Audit.
• Assist in driving budgeting controls in the region.
• Work closely with business teams and help them in driving key initiatives
• Responsible for Claim reimbursement review / audit and settlement.
• Managing Budget for his region on Marketing Spent and Preparation of Effective ROI of the spent.
• Periodic closure of Partner No Due Certificate & follow-ups.
• Market Visit – Regular meet with Partners and Vendors.
• Managing Partner queries (pertaining to claims settlement, dues, scheme etc.) at his/her region.
• Conducting Partner Due Diligence
• Assist in creation of Process Documents for key ops.
• Automation and ability to drive business Synergies.
• Responsible for Daily Collection Follow ups of his region.
• Partner & Vendor Ledger Reconciliation.
• Maintain Balance Sheet Hygiene.
• Scheme Claims, Accounting and Book Closure.
• Assisting in Internal / External Audits.
