Xeropan has a dynamic roadmap for our product development and requires an energetic person to coordinate and execute the strategy the marketing team creates. You will leverage your skills including advertising, promotions, PR and social media. 

You need to wear multiple hats: from content creation and demand generation to campaign management and everything in between.

Reporting to the CMO and the CEO of the company, you will partner closely with Marketing, PR and Product teams in Debrecen and Budapest to identify opportunities and come up with new, creative strategies and campaigns.

You will report to the CMO and the CEO but work with the entire marketing team to help us execute our marketing strategy. The marketing team comprises of:

• CEO (participating in meetings and strategic decisions)
• CMO (in charge of all the marketing activities)
• Marketing agency
• Marketing Junior (Full time; Creative writing, ASO, SEO, sales, email campaign, UX)
• Senior Creative (Full time; UI, email marketing, push messages, web)  
• Social Media Strategist (Part-time)
• Native proof-readers (Part-time for marketing purposes)

Tasks:

• Building sales funnels to generate leads\signups\purchasers 
• Creating, managign AB tests
• Building the Xeropan brand in all possible channels 
• Creating PR releases and content 
• Making suggestions on creative assets
• Work side by side with Google and Facebook's specially assigned teams. Collaborate with some of the best rearchers, designers, engineers in Hungary to create immersive learning experience
• Keeping in touch with local and international journalists \ PR agencies
• Xeropan is open for new ideads and strategies. Brainstorm with the marketing team, create a proeject and implement it into Xeropan to offer more value to 500 000 people in the world

• You're probably the best fit if you just graduated from marketing-related major (junior) or have at least 2 years of experience (mid-level) in product marketing.
• Excellent command of English
• Data enthusiast

The position is slated to be based in either Budapest or Debrecen, Hungary. Reasonable relocation assistance could be provided to the right individual to either of those locations.
