Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Content Lead to own and deliver our content marketing strategy as a key part of our next growth chapter.

Content is central to how we build brand authority, generate demand, engage customers, and enable our sales team. You’ll own the strategy and execution across all our core content types, working closely with the marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive measurable impact across the funnel.

You’ll report to the Head of Comms & Marketing and work alongside our Digital Marketing Strategist, Events Manager, and external freelancers (design, video, dev). We are also hiring a Marketing Executive to support content production. This role replaces our outgoing Content Manager and will take our brand voice, assets and outputs to the next level.

Here’s what you will be responsible for:

  • Owning our messaging framework and content strategy – from development to execution.
  • Producing high-quality, engaging content: landing pages, blogs, case studies, ebooks, sales enablement content, email marketing, and more.
  • Collaborating with the Digital Marketing Strategist to align content with SEO/GEO and paid media strategies.
  • Leading organic content distribution across LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
  • Signing off on all external-facing digital marketing assets (e.g. social posts, landing pages, email campaigns, webinar blurbs).
  • Partnering with Events Manager and Community lead on webinar content, brochures and community content.
  • Reporting monthly on content performance, SEO rankings, and channel effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with Sales and Customer Success to understand ICPs, customer needs, and use cases.
  • Mentoring a future Comms & Marketing Exec and coordinating with freelancers to scale content output.

Qualifications

Must-haves to be successful in this role:

  • B2B SaaS Content Strategy – 5+ years experience delivering full-funnel content marketing in a high-growth SaaS environment (ideally Fintech/Reg tech/AI experience)
  • Copywriting expertise – Proven ability to write and edit clear, engaging content across multiple formats. This is a core part of your day-to-day.
  • HubSpot experience – Confident using HubSpot for reporting, basic automation, workflows, and email marketing.
  • Strong communication & collaboration skills – Able to work cross-functionally to ensure message alignment and content effectiveness.
  • CMS/WordPress familiarity – Experience building and optimising landing pages using CMS platforms like WordPress.

Nobody can do everything but here’s a few related things we’re interested in:

  • SEO & keyword planning – Skilled in applying keyword strategy and SEO best practices to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Conversion rate optimisation – Experience mapping and refining digital journeys to maximise impact.
  • Familiarity with tools like Semrush, Hotjar, Asana, SerpAI, Google Analytics, Elementor, and Google Lighthouse.
