Job Description

  • Demand & Lead Generation: Plan, optimise, and report on digital Demand & Lead Generation campaigns to support acquisition efforts.
  • Paid Media: Develop, execute, and oversee innovative paid media strategies to achieve goal targets. Report on growth metrics and make data-driven recommendations
  • Campaign Management: day to day management & optimisation of paid campaigns across Google & LinkedIN. Ensure campaign optimal performance against quarterly MQL & SQL targets, and explore new in-channel opportunities to increase demand & reduce acquisition cost.
  • Collaboration:
    • Share insights & recommendations with our Content Manager to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and develop channel and audience-specific organic & paid content and assets that support full-funnel campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the wider GTM team to share insights, discuss campaign performance and brainstorm new testing ideas.
  • Report to leadership on spend tracking, new customer acquisition costs, and ROI, against targets.


Essential Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years Digital / Growth Marketing experience
  • Self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

We operate a hybrid working model where our team spends 2-3 days a week working from our dedicated office base in WeWork Moorgate. Other days can be spent working from home or in the office - it's up to you!
