My name is Abdoul Baldé, I am a Functional Architect at XRM Vision, and you may have a spot among us!

Since 2008, XRM Vision is a Montreal-based consulting firm specialized in the implementation of solutions based on Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform. In 2019, XRM Vision expanded by opening an office in Kenitra, in Morocco. The latest expansion happened in the end of 2021 as we merged with a company based in Victoria (BC). XRM Vision now operates from 3 offices in Canada and Morocco, which is a real opportunity to work in multi-cultural environment!

On a daily basis, I have the opportunity to develop my knowledge through Microsoft's learning platforms. I work every day with experts like Éric Sauvé and Julien Miquel who are named MVP by Microsoft! 

One of the aspects of my job that allows me to remain human first, is to be able to popularize Microsoft technology with each client. The heart of your work will consist in being a leader of the requirements defined by the customer and to translate them into technical language adapted to the Power Platform.

Your role as a Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform Functional Analyst will be mainly to design and implement complex solutions that meet business requirements and integrate into the application ecosystem of our clients.

In practice, you will carry out and document the analysis of the client's needs and business processes. You will configure the applications on Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agent technology. You will participate in setting up the integration strategies and will accompany the customer in his acceptance phase. In addition to following quality standards and best practices in building the solution for the client, you will participate in the deployment of the solution.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team to bridge the gap between the client's business needs and the solutions to be implemented on a functional level. You will work closely with the project manager and with the development and infrastructure team.

Your expertise will be used to maximize your full potential, as well as the potential of your team and all our clients.

You totally have yor spot among us if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform,
• At least 3 years of experience as a business or functional analyst,
• At least 2 Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications with 2 strong expertise in marketing, sales or customer service modules,
• A proven knowledge of French and English languages,
• A great sense of customer experience,
• A good sense of responsibility,
• A constant desire to surpass yourself, to develop and to share,
• Creativity in the service of efficiency,
• Empathy and openness.

You will feel even more at ease as a functional analyst in XRM Vision if you are:

• Graduated of a bachelor's degree in computer science, management and/or software engineering,
• Experienced as a consultant,
• Certified on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or the Power Platform,
• Mobile and ready to travel to meet with customers occasionally,
• Ready to embrace change,
• Passionate and humble!
