Job Description

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power electronics, SMPS circuits, and topologies. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Learn Knowledge of Key Components for SMPS Circuit and Topologies:
    • Develop a deep understanding of the critical components used in switch-mode power supply (SMPS) circuits and various topologies.
  • Test and Experimentation:
    • Conduct tests and experiments to support and validate designs.
    • Prepare detailed test reports to document findings and results.
  • Alternative Components Evaluation:
    • Evaluate alternative components for power supply designs.
    • Generate comprehensive test reports comparing different components.
  • Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis:
    • Troubleshoot power supplies to identify root causes of issues.
    • Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Design teams to propose solutions for improvement or design changes.
  • EMC and Thermal Testing:
    • Learn and apply EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) and thermal test methods.
  • Soldering Skills:
    • Possess good soldering skills for board modification and prototype preparation.
  • Equipment Calibration and Housekeeping:
    • Support annual equipment calibration activities.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

 

Qualifications

The candidate should have a minimum of a Degree in Electrical Engineering

  • Good communication skills and team player
  • Presentation skill and Time Management
