Job Description

Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a talented Motion Design Generalist to join our marketing team. This position requires a motivated individual with at least 3-5 years of experience at an in-house agency or production studio creating video content and animation for advertising and entertainment purposes. This role requires the ability to produce creative content for the Wynn Brand consistently across the Hotel, Food & Beverage, and Entertainment/Event departments.

As a Motion Design Generalist, you'll collaborate closely with our creative leadership and a dedicated team to bring animation concepts to life. There will be a variety of tasks to complete throughout the day on a variety of projects which are assigned over our internal project management software (Asana). Your work will appear on our social channels, property marquees and displays, in-room channels, and broadcast.

You will report in person at our Las Vegas corporate offices, as well as on property at our resort/casino. Some weekend and evening work is required.

Qualifications

Key Skillset

  • 2D, 2.5D creative motion design, vfx, and compositing using Adobe After Effects
  • 3D animation and asset creation in Cinema4D & Blender
  • Experience in Adobe Create Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Audition, Media Encoder)
  • Rendering and export in a variety of formats and dimensions for preview and final delivery
  • Working in a team environment for a national brand

Other preferred experience or skillsets

  • Experience in the following applications: Unreal Engine, Unity, Notch, Touch Designer, Nuke and Sketch Up
  • A graphic design or visual arts degree
  • Experience on set/shooting with a video production crew at a variety of locations
  • Short form editing in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Logo design or brand development
  • Audio editing and design
  • AI design and application (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion)
  • Working in hospitality, with an attention to service and detail
  • Experience and comfort receiving tasks through project management software (Asana)
  • Willingness to expand skillset and receive advanced training
  • Positive attitude and professional etiquette
  • Interest in modern/contemporary design, animation, fashion, and technology trends
