Job Description

The Food Server Assistant is responsible for providing personalized food and beverage service to guests utilizing In-Room Dining. This position partners with the Food Server to ensure exceptional service execution through order delivery, room setup, beverage service, guest engagement, and attention to detail consistent with luxury hospitality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the delivery, presentation, and service of food and beverage orders in guest rooms, suites, and villas.
  • Provide attentive and personalized service while anticipating and responding to guest needs.
  • Perform wine, cocktail, coffee, and beverage service according to departmental standards.
  • Maintain dining tables and service presentations throughout the guest experience.
  • Assist with guest requests, special accommodations, and service recovery opportunities.
  • Ensure all orders are delivered accurately and meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with culinary, stewarding, and service team members to ensure efficient operations.
  • Complete opening, closing, and side work assignments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
  • Uphold Forbes Five-Star and Wynn service standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
  • Minimum one to three years of restaurant, luxury hotel, fine dining, or In-Room Dining experience.
  • Previous experience as a Server Assistant, Food Server, Captain, or similar hospitality role preferred.
  • Strong guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service standards preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced luxury environment.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain all required work cards and licenses.
  • Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
