    Job Description

    The Coordinator of Resort Group Dining is responsible for coordinating and supporting all group dining reservations and experiences across Wynn and Encore Las Vegas restaurants. This position serves as the central point of contact for internal departments, convention services, catering, restaurant management, and guests to ensure the successful planning and execution of group dining events. The Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering exceptional guest service while supporting revenue growth, operational efficiency, and Forbes Five-Star hospitality standards.

    The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Coordinate group dining reservations and arrangements for restaurants throughout Wynn and Encore Las Vegas.
    • Manage inquiries, proposals, confirmations, menu selections, seating arrangements, special requests, and event details for group dining experiences.
    • Maintain accurate reservation records, contracts, correspondence, and guest profiles within designated systems.
    • Collaborate with restaurant leadership to ensure operational readiness for scheduled group events.
    • Communicate guest preferences, dietary restrictions, VIP information, and special accommodations to restaurant teams.
    • Assist in maximizing restaurant revenue through effective space utilization and strategic booking practices.
    • Monitor reservation availability and recommend solutions to accommodate group dining requests whenever possible.
    • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to group dining activity and revenue performance.
    • Coordinate menu updates, event details, and operational changes with stakeholders.
    • Respond professionally to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly while maintaining Wynn service standards.
    • Partner with Food & Beverage leadership to identify opportunities for operational improvements and enhanced guest experiences.
    • Maintain current knowledge of Wynn and Encore dining venues, special events, entertainment offerings, and resort amenities.
    • Participate in property tours, site inspections, and planning meetings as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, departmental procedures, and applicable health and safety regulations.
    • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in restaurant reservations, catering, convention services, event planning, food and beverage administration, or luxury hospitality operations is preferred.
    • Experience coordinating group dining, banquet events, restaurant reservations, or guest services preferred.
    • Strong understanding of luxury hospitality and Forbes Five-Star service expectations.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities with strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    • Experience with reservation and hospitality systems such as Delphi & Guest Bridge or similar platforms preferred.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling guest and business information.
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain all required work cards and licenses.
