    Job Description

    The Presentation Manager is responsible for designing, executing, and scaling VIP bottle presentation experiences across Wynn Nightlife venues. This role ensures a consistent, high-end guest experience that drives revenue through precision, personalization, and operational excellence.

    Core Responsibilities

    VIP Experience & Execution

    • Own end-to-end execution of VIP bottle presentations across all venues
    • Deliver structured, tier-based presentation experiences aligned with spend levels
    • Coordinate real-time execution including music, lighting, and staff choreography
    • Ensure seamless service flow, including timely first pours and VIP-first service standards
    • Maintain a clean, elevated, and non-intrusive presentation style aligned with luxury positioning

    Program Development & Standardization

    • Build and implement a Wynn Nightlife presentation playbook across venues
    • Create and manage tiered presentation packages based on spend ($1K–$25K+)
    • Establish consistency in delivery while allowing for venue-specific identity (XS, EBC, etc.)
    • Integrate personalization strategies based on guest profiles

    Team Leadership & Training

    • Train and manage presentation teams including servers, hosts, and support staff
    • Develop structured training programs focused on timing, precision, and guest interaction
    • Conduct pre-shift alignments to ensure team readiness
    • Hold teams accountable to presentation standards and performance expectations

    Operational & On-Floor Leadership

    • Oversee execution during peak nightlife hours
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams in real time
    • Troubleshoot service or execution issues immediately
    • Maintain presence during high-value guest activations and major events

    Revenue & Experience Optimization

    • Drive revenue through elevated VIP experiences
    • Identify upsell opportunities through upgraded presentation tiers
    • Track performance metrics and guest feedback
    • Continuously refine presentation strategies

    Qualifications

     

    • 3–5+ years in nightlife, hospitality, or luxury service
    • Strong understanding of VIP service and bottle service operations
    • Experience managing teams in high-volume environments
    • Detail-oriented with focus on execution and guest experience
    • Ability to work late-night and fast-paced environments
