Job Description

The IT Ops, Engineering & Support department or "IT" for short is responsible for possessing a detailed understanding of operations, architectural design and infrastructure and communicating the benefits of digitization of business to our function leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve PC, Mac, and Telecom related issues.
  • Assist with network and engineering teams when required.
  • Function as an escalation point for lower level technicians.
  • Mentor and lead other team members.
  • Analyze and prioritize incoming issues.
  • Provide instruction for procedural and technical issues.
  • Work with other departments to come up with solutions to situations.
  • Schedule, setup, and organize the IT portion of special events.
  • Schedule and organize the IT portion of department moves.
  • Maintain and evaluate IT inventory.
  • Support and assist Executive staff to issues.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Initiative to see issues through to resolution.
  • Strong and professional customer service skills.
  • Experience with installing and troubleshooting client PC devices.
  • Experience with installing and troubleshooting Hotel and Casino applications.
  • Experience with all variety of mobile devices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A valid Nevada Gaming License is required and must be obtained before entering this position.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
