Job Description
The Business Services Representative is responsible for meeting the business service needs of resort guests and visitors.
- Participating in the overall operations of the Business Services Center and Package Room
- Sort, organize, and distribute incoming mail and packages, as well as prepare and process outgoing mail for delivery
- Performs general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, scanning, and filing
- Politely gives consistent, timely and accurate information and finds answers when unsure. Demonstrates Wynn’s core values when interacting guests
- Communicates in a friendly, respectful and understandable manner
- Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management
- Perform all other job-related duties as requested
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in retail sales
- Previous experience with mail/shipping processes. Experience with UPS World Ship; FedEx ship Manager preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a high-volume hotel
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Demonstrated computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Must be 21 years of age or older
