Job Description
The Coordinator will assist with day to day tasks within the People & Culture (HR) HRIS department. This position is full-time and located onsite at our Las Vegas office.
Job Description:
- Assist employees in person, email, or phone with general HR inquiries and personnel file changes including updating marital status, name changes, employment verification, and welfare and childcare assistance forms
- Assist employees with work authorization reverification including company completion of I-9 documentation
- Implement HR System transactions
- Upload vendor information to produce badge numbers and coordinate with management to renew or term vendors monthly
- Appropriately handles confidential employee documentation, making sure records are stored appropriately
- Answer incoming calls and assist or re-direct as needed
- Assist with monitoring the HRIS inbox and resolve and reassigned issue(s)
- Maintains departments files through scanning, organizing, and storing
- Compiles information requests for compliance, legal, and regulatory entities as needed
- Present a polished and professional appearance, adhering to Wynn’s presentation and uniform standards at all time
- Assist the team with various administrative tasks including supply order and maintenance requests
- Perform all other job-related duties as requested
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Requires a minimum of two-years clerical experience
- Previous experience in human resources preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Possesses interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
- Must be 21 years of age or old
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both oral and written forms. Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
- Oracle/PeopleSoft experience preferred
