As the Inventory Control Manager, you will be responsible for:

• The Inventory Control Manager is responsible for overseeing the F&B Inventory Control department.
• Creates and maintains schedules, staff training, and daily F&B cost reporting. 
• Additional responsibilities include theoretical cost reporting and the monthly reconciliation of inventory accounts and closing.

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Past Management experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Requires strong communication and organizational skills.
• Candidates must be able to clearly communicate in English.
• Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years or older.
