Job Description
The Executive Host for Wynn’s Middle Eastern & European Marketing division is responsible for player identification and development for countries in the Middle East & Europe. This position is responsible for creating new customer relationships and building relationships with existing players on a consistent basis.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identifies and attracts international and domestic ethnic customers through cultural development.
- Responsible for evaluating player credit worthiness to determine which promotions we offer customers.
- Identifies a segment of players to market and creates appropriate promotional programs considering the probability of repeat business taking into consideration cultural differences.
- Creates strategies to counter competitors advertising approach and increase the company’s market share.
- Candidate should have an understanding of our customer base and cultures through the experience of living in several countries represented by the department.
- Travels is required to conduct marketing trips to domestic and international destinations.
- Manages complimentary expenses to ensure the revenue margin meets our profitability guidelines.
Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor of Science in Business, Marketing, International Marketing or Management
- The preferred candidate will be bi-lingual - fluency in English plus a Middle Eastern language, preferably Arabic
- A minimum of two years’ experience in Casino operations, specifically in international Player Development
- Requires a detailed understanding of the cultures and custom of the specific regain assigned to the executive
- Advanced knowledge of the Middle Eastern culture and customs is required
- Requires the ability to understand, identify and bridge the cultural differences between the international casino guest and the Wynn Las Vegas casino and resort
- Executive must be able to communicate these differences to the casino and resort in order to ensure the guest is properly received and accommodated where appropriate
- Requires proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Must possess outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills, as well as excellent attention to detail
- Exposure to sensitive information and must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment
