As a Coordinator - Restaurant Events your role will include:
Job Responsibilities:
- The Coordinator is responsible for greeting guest warmly, answering phones professionally, confirming appointments, expeditiously handling walk-ins, maintaining cleanliness of office area, and assisting managers and directors with all tasks, including typing, filing, photocopying, distributing, faxing, mailing, while treating all confidential information appropriately.
Qualifications
- Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner. 2nd language a plus.
- Previous work experience in an administrative role in a high-end, luxury environment is preferred.
- Experience with multi-line phone system a plus.
- Must be computer literate, including MS Office and Outlook.
- Must be knowledgeable with Delphi & Guest Bridge
- Requires the ability to follow directions and work efficiently within a team environment.
