Job Description
The Nightlife Cashier is responsible for ensuring all nightlife admission revenue/door count is collected accurately and in a timely matter. Nightclub Cashiers are located in Encore Beach Club, Encore Beach Club @ Night, XS Nightclub and Wynn Field Club. Nightclub Cashiers may also be asked to work private events.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately completing logs and passes associated with specific venue
- Ability to assist guests with admissions, guest list, bag/coat check/meds, lockers, lost and found, and any other additional requests
- Maintain door flow and accurate door count in club venues. Door count must be communicated with Club Management every 15 to 30 minutes depending upon business demands.
- Stamping drink tickets
- Maintaining accurate cash bank
- Collaborate with Club Management, Hosts, Promoters, Private Events Management and Security
- Maintain and verify retail inventory for venues
Qualifications
- Candidates must me at least 21 years of age
- Requires the ability to work a varied schedule, weekends and holidays
- Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner, 2nd language is a plus but not required
- Preferred experience as a Nightclub and or F&B Cashier but not required
- Money handling, basic level math, accounting responsibilities
- Requires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environment
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
- Must be able to work effectively in stressful, high-pressure situations in any weather conditions standing for long periods of time
- Candidates must be able to multitask which includes, but not limited to writing and counting guest list passes, scanning and wristbands for tickets, clicking and stamping every guest entering venue
- Provide outgoing, friendly customer service for each guest
- Always maintain professional appearance standards
