As the Senior Beverage Manager you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the operation of Beverage Operations in bars, lounges and the casino floor.
• Ensures the cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards.
• Scheduling, training and evaluating Beverage Operations staff, ensuring quality, appearance and guest service according to Wynn Las Vegas service standards. Job Requirements:

• Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner.
• A minimum of 4 years of work experience in a high end, high-volume, luxury hotel/restaurant beverage or banquet department with at least 1 year in a senior position is preferred.
• Candidate must exhibit advanced service, beverage and cocktail knowledge.
• Computer skills including MS Office and Point of Sales systems are preferred.
• Candidate must be able to lead and work self-managed. * Requires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environment.
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or above.
