Job Description

The Assistant General Manager is responsible for assisting the general manager with the operating the outlet efficiently within pre-established cost control, managing, scheduling and training restaurant staff, monitoring staff performance, maintain the department in accordance with Health Department standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction through application of outlet and Wynn Las Vegas service standards.

Qualifications

  • Requires a minimum of four (4) years of experience in a managerial position in a similar venue (high-volume, high-end breakfast restaurant) in a luxury setting is  highly preferred
  • Experience managing Union and Non-Union staff is a strong requirement
  • Candidate must have advanced knowledge of food & beverage and cost control
  • Knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide Standards strongly desired
  • Candidate must be able to communicate in English fluently and in a professional manner and a 2nd language a plus
  • Candidate must exhibit motivational and developmental skills
  • Requires the ability to work efficiently and with a team environment
  • Requires the following valid documentation: alcohol awareness card & health card
  • Applicants must be 21 years of age or above
