Job Description
As a Support Officer, you are part of a dynamic team, that support our growth and determination in delivering first class service in our industry. You will be making sure that we deliver the KPIs and process tasks on agreed SLAs. Play a key role in processing requests for quotation, update item prices and assist in missing invoices. First class service is our main goal to all stakeholders, external and internal. 

What you'll be doing:

Main Task:

• Global Marine Procurement Codecracking
  • Transfer and upload items for quotation from the customer and send to the vendor
  • Ensure accuracy on details (price, ETA date, port, vessel name, IMO, discount, other important information for delivery)
• Global Marine Procurement Updates
  • Change quantities of orders on AX
  • Update unit prices and comments on ShipServ, Procureship, Great Eastern, Supply Manager
• Missing Invoice
  • Follow-up vendor for invoices
• Work with the team on Ad hoc tasks

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree holder in any field; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Sales and Administrative tasks experience is a plus.
• Required language (s): English, Filipino
• Knowledge of the ERP system AX2012 is an advantage, but not a requirement
