Job Description
Wrist Shared Services is looking for an IT Support Service Desk Team Lead who will be a part of our IT Service Desk team. You will be our first line of support and single point of contact to resolve IT related issues and handle service requests from our users. You will focus on delivering first-class support for all team members, both through the ticket system, by phone and on-site. You will be collaborating with our Danish and international colleagues in aiming to provide 24/7 support.
What you'll be doing:
- Service Desk Operations
- Responsible for assigning and classifying tickets in the IT ticket system.
- Proactively monitor and support
- Manage the user administration in Compliance Suite
- Handle requests regarding "change on users" - name, mail, rights etc.
- Offboard resigned users in the IT system
- Maintain documentations / guidelines
- Maintain and improve knowledgebase
- Be the on-site support for team members in the Manila office
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or any related course
- Similar experience in a lead/supervisory level
- Knowledge in 1st level IT support
- Good technical understanding
- Knowledge in setting up PCs and installing software
- MS office 365 and Azure
