Job Description

Wrist Service Center is looking for a Senior Project Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving our operational excellence initiatives and helping us achieve new milestones. You will steer our projects toward success and contribute to further development of Wrist Ship Supply in the years to come. You will be guiding our organization through complex operational and organizational changes, with a focus on engaging and managing stakeholders effectively. As Senior Project Manager, you must be adept at working within and across different cultural contexts, ensuring that projects are executed with sensitivity to diverse perspectives, practices and priorities. You must be a proactive leader with a people-oriented mindset.  This role demands self-assurance, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to independently manage and overcome a variety of challenges. You must possess a strong personal drive, a deep commitment to the success of the business, and high standards of achievement in every project you undertake.

What you'll be doing:

  • Plan, implement, anchor and Lead global Change Management Projects in close collaboration with global procurement, sales, and regional divisions to drive operational and organizational transformations.
  • Lead and guide Cross-Functional Teams fostering strong collaboration and synergy to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of projects.
  • Identify, mitigate, and resolve risks during project implementation. Address potential resistance to change and develop effective and sustainable solutions to overcome obstacles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders ranging from frontline to C-level, ensuring their engagement and commitment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assure effective communication about project goals, progress, bottlenecks and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Facilitate Impactful Training Programs that empower employees affected by change initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition and the acquisition of necessary skills.

What we're looking for:

  • A university degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar) (bachelor & Master)
  • Strong foundation in operational excellence methodologies is an advantage
  • 10+ years of proven experience in project and change management, successfully delivering strategic and operational projects.
    • A variety of project types would be an advantage (IT/technical, operational, change management, etc.)
  • Extensive experience leading global, cross-functional teams in a large, multi-cultural organization.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and align across all levels of an organization, from frontline to tactical level
  • Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation, and resolution during project execution.
  • Track record of successfully managing change resistance and implementing sustainable transformation.
  • Huge plus if you have certifications in:
    • Project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Six Sigma, or equivalent).
    • Change management (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities, ensuring timely project execution.
  • Ability to facilitate impactful training programs to support employees during transitions.
  • Must be flexible with working hours to accommodate global operations
  • Must be willing to travel
