Job Description

Wrist Shared Service Center is looking for a Senior Operations Manager who will bring extensive management expertise to ensure the efficient operations of different functions in the Operations function. As a Senior Operations Manager, we require a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of supply chain management, and a proven track record of optimizing operational processes.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and oversee the operations function, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to analyze and review information from different operation support functions and collaborate to develop action plans to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Understand and develop initiatives that are reasonable and optimize the company resources to drive cost effectiveness.  
  • Manage and evaluate operational reports and ensure service level agreements are achieved and necessary improvements implemented.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the different stakeholders on different projects, migrations, and transitions.
  • Build and lead a high-performance operations team providing guidance, coaching and support.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment promoting teamwork and accountability.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the delivery of top-notch products and services to maritime clients.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of relevant industry regulations and ensure compliance with local and international standards.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree graduate, preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management or any related field.
  • Master’s degree is a plus
  • At least 8-10 years of similar experience
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles and logistics.
  • Experience in project management and automations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards.
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
