Job Description

Wrist Service Center is looking for an IT Support - Service Desk who will be responsible for classifying and prioritizing requests received in the IT service management tool.

What you'll be doing:

  • Service Desk operations
  • Classify and prioritize the requests from users.
  • Perform and create standard operation procedures
  • Security Management/Maintenance
  • Proactively monitor and support the integration platform
  • Create users in the AD and Compliance Suite.
  • Support users with the drawing application – “RoomPlanner”.
  • Handle “change on a user” requests e.g. name, mail, access rights, and new address.
  • Offboarding resigned users by disabling access in the AD.
  • Support users with ERP applications (AX 3.0, AX12, Dynamic365).
  • Administrate retail configuration
  • Follow up and report on activity status.
  • Documentation/guidelines/knowledge base in ITSM.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or any related course
  • Knowledge in 1st level IT support
  • Good technical understanding
  • Knowledge of setting up PCs and installing software
  • MS Office 365 and Azure
  • Good knowledge of infrastructure design and architecture.
  • Windows 10, IOS, Windows 2016, Windows Server 2012R2
  • Skilled in client management, asset management, and inventory management
