We are looking for an Instructional Designer to handle all training material development for the Human Resources Department. 

Instructional Designer

Below are some of the responsibilities W.R.A.C will train you on:

• Creating and editing training materials for new hires/inter-departmental employees
• Assisting with general administrative and clerical duties.
• Analyzing our current training material and determining future needs
• Collaborating with the HR team on projects.
• Addressing employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
• Helping with the implementation of structure for all employees through the onboarding process
• Creating Canvas courses designed for specific training objectives, and adding quiz materials when necessary
• Developing, organizing, and maintaining google drive and important documents.
   

Requirements:

We’re looking for someone with little to no experience interested in learning the ins and outs of  Human Resources.

This role is great for HS, College students or for anyone looking to gain some knowledge and new skills in corporate training.
