Job Description

• Assist President with tasks as needed

• Attend meetings in President’s absence and take notes

• Organize information collected from all departments to help keep company organized

• Track employee tenure

• Individual must be highly organized and prompt at all times

• Experience in excel and Microsoft word is essential

• Solid interpersonal communications skills and etiquette, especially via email and messaging

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with little to no experience interested in learning the ins and outs of Administration

This role is great for HS, College students or for anyone looking to gain some knowledge and new skills in corporate training.
