We are looking for a Software Onboarding Specialist to learn from an internal IT perspective; how to onboard new hires onto company platforms. The fun and unique part of this role is every week is different and the kinds of onboardings and trainings you will run will change as you start to onboard new hires from all over the company. 

Requirements

Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware.
Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
Conducting daily backup operations.
Completing some technical documentation.

With little to no experience as long as you're willing to learn, have a fun and outgoing personality, enjoy being on camera and can keep up in our fast pace environment you will be perfect.
