Job Description

We will train you to HELP lead HR team in achieving the following goals below:

  • Recruit and retain a diverse workforce to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Administer HR policy and programs effectively while maintaining internal customer satisfaction and meeting budget constraints.
  • Create and implement employee relations policies to help increase employees & job satisfaction.
  • Communicate with employees about compensation, benefits and company policies.
  • Respond to questions or complaints from employees in a timely fashion.
  • Devise a list of procedures and practices for hiring new employees and managing our staff
  • Establish an orientation procedure for onboarding new hires and training them to meet the needs of the company
  • Verify the company is complying with state and federal legal requirements.
  • Update and ensure documents and spreadsheets are up to date

Qualifications

  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate studying, Business, Human Resources, or related field
