Job Description

·        Responsible for the successful coordination of onboarding between HR and the department specifics.

·        Conducting employee interviews, organizing other interviewers and reviewing recordings of interviews that have already occurred in order to ensure company compliance and assess employees and hiring methods.

·        Ensuring the quality of/swift and effective delivery of department specific training through direct intervention, auditing training processes and materials and upskilling managers/trainers in their delivery of the materials where necessary.

·        Assessing the performance of ‘productive’ departments, such as Marketing and Sales, and using these assessments to make adjusts to the functionality of the department with the aim of improving performance.

·        Being a point of contact between the Operations Team and the greater company.

·        Conducting regular analysis on attrition including trendspotting and one-to-one follow up with managers where necessary.

·        Formulating plans to reduce spikes in attrition and address common trends causing unplanned attrition.

·        Assisting with company interning relationship with external organizations to ensure the smooth handling of potential spikes in applications.
