So, what will your new role look like?
As an SEO Manager, you'll develop and execute our SEO strategy for our products, turning it into a key driver for business growth. You will own and be responsible for all aspects of the SEO strategy including technical, off-page, and on-page.
As the SEO Manager for Workleap, you will:
- Drive high-quality organic traffic, improve organic visibility, and increase conversion and revenue.
- Set SEO performance goals, measure main KPIs, and report on progress.
- Optimize website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve the ranking for target keywords and increase topical authority.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for all SEO-related questions and endeavors, including website migrations and consolidations.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives to drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, enhance the overall online visibility of our brand, and drive business impact.
- Own the full SEO content cycle, which includes ideation, keyword research, content planning, and collaborating with the content team and editors for content development, all the way to publishing.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, AI, strategies, and algorithm changes and communicate these findings to stakeholders while future-proofing our SEO strategy.
- Conduct site audits, review technical SEO issues, and work with developers to provide data-backed suggestions on how to fix technical issues that drive results.
- Develop and execute off-page optimization initiatives (i.e., link building) with the support of other teams, contractors, or agencies.
- Research and analyze competitor strategies and opportunities, perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
What does your future team look like?
As part of the Search & Media team, you will work alongside a team of Paid Media Strategists to develop a holistic SEM strategy. The main objective of this team structure is to ensure our Paid and organic strategies complement and support each other.
You will also work closely with the content team to produce the most valuable and optimized content that aligns with our product strategy, generates targeted organic traffic, and engages our ICP.
As part of the larger Demand Generation team, you will be involved in our Go-to-Market strategy by working alongside a team of Digital Marketers and supporting their multi-channel campaigns.

- Future-proof our SEO strategy for continued growth as web search evolves
- Create a holistic SEM strategy by leveraging paid search and other performance data
- Manage multiple websites (products) in different specialties including highly technical topics
- Educate the team on the best SEO practices
- Recover lost rankings and traffic from algorithm updates and website migrations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of SEO experience managing multiple websites, preferably in B2B.
- A proven track record of success in growing targeted organic traffic that generates conversion and revenue.
- Extensive experience using SEO tools such as SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4).
- Mastery of the 3 main dimensions of SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO) and familiarity with the concepts of semantic search, information retrieval, and Natural Language Processing.
- Experience running successful backlink outreach campaigns that generate high-quality links and improve search rankings.
- Experience with website migrations and recovering a website that has lost traffic due to an algorithm update or other reasons.
- Understanding of the SEO industry and Google’s web standards. Proficiency in structured data/schema.org, structure of URLs, navigation architecture, canonical URLs, contextual links, HTML + XML sitemaps, Robot.txt, metadata, etc.
- Experience with data visualization tools (i.e. Looker Studio) and ability to process large amounts of data into actionable next steps.
- Great analytical skills, a passion for digital marketing, and a results-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
