Job Description

As a Senior Content Producer, you will plan, produce, and manage marketing content for all our digital platforms (website, blog, newsletter, social media, etc.). In collaboration with other Marketing teams, you will lead content initiatives that contribute to the achievement of our objectives, ensuring that you deliver impeccable quality, respect the brand's tone and voice, and always keep in mind the audience you are addressing. As a Senior Content Producer, you will edit the content of other content producers and provide them with constructive feedback to ensure that our content maintains a high level of quality and performs in line with our objectives. You'll also be a leader in the culture of content performance measurement, to build an effective content strategy.

All your actions will serve to:

  • Identify content creation opportunities that meet user needs and generate interest in our products.  
  • Transform ideas into persuasive messages through various types of content.  
  • Ensure impeccable quality of content in all its forms: spelling, grammar, readability, tone, but also careful attention to detail to ensure brand accuracy and consistency in all messages, at all stages of the user journey.  
  • Edit, guide and act as the primary reference for content (form, content) for all Marketing teams.
  • Expand the content offering by identifying and developing innovative content ideas that meet the needs of customers and prospects and contribute to the achievement of our business objectives.
  • Establish a culture of content performance measurement and communicate results to the entire Marketing team.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitor practices, analyze metrics, and suggest adjustments to remain competitive and efficient.

A typical week? 

  • Presenting and sharing knowledge with peers (direct and indirect): 20%.
  • Coaching and assisting product teams to improve their development experience: 80%.

What does your future team look like?  

You'll be joining a team of 5 content producers and working with various teams on a daily basis, including: Digital Experience, Search & Media, Campaign Marketing, Brand and Product Marketing.  
 
What are the next challenges facing your team?

  • Ensuring an efficient transition from legacy content to Workleap's unified content. 
  • Producing high-quality content in a context of rapid growth.
  • Producing content that resonates with a variety of personas, all over the world.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in content production ;
  • Strong writing skills in English (portfolio an asset), whatever the format: blog post, web page, email, ad, etc.) All in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.  
  • Excellent ability to optimize content so that it is attractive, engaging, visible, accessible, etc;
  • Ability to be creative in optimizing existing content;
  • Ability to synthesize research and data into insightful and actionable conclusions, and propose appropriate content formats;
  • Good understanding of content marketing basics, including understanding audiences and personas, content formats, marketing channels and content alignment to optimize all these elements;
  • Excellent ability to edit content, guiding the writer with clear, comprehensive and constructive feedback;
  • Ability to manage time and projects independently, while demonstrating strong team spirit and facility in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams;
  • Comprehensive understanding of various digital work tools (Wordpress, Hubspot, Asana, etc.) and willingness to learn new ones;
  • Natural leadership, interest in innovation and experimentation, strong adaptability and a taste for challenge;
  • A taste for data, mastery of Google Analytics, a strong asset;
  • Experience in storyboarding, video scripting, social media content and other forms of marketing writing, an asset;
  • Experience in writing content pieces for the human resources sector, an asset.
