So, what will your new role look like?  

As Senior Revenue Accountant for Workleap’s finance team, you’ll be a key contributor in improvement projects related to revenue accounting. You’ll be responsible for: 

• Overseeing all aspects of revenue recognition;  
• Ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies;  
• Assessing IFRS adoption impacts;  
• Participating to the successful implementation of a ERP;  
• Contributing to preparation of financial reporting and disclosures; 
• Validating the accuracy of data to ensure precise variable pay calculations; 
• Contributing to indirect taxes registrations and compliance;  
• Ensuring correct application of internal controls;  
• Proactively developing best practices and process enhancements;  
• Collaborating with the controller to provide revenue insights in special projects.

What are the newest challenges awaiting your team?    

• Sustained business growth both organically and through acquisitions ;  
• First application of international financial reporting standards (IFRS) ; 
• Improvement and standardisation of business processes of the sales cycles.  

• You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a CPA designation; 
• You have good knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards); 
• You have accumulated 3 to 5 years of relevant experience (revenue accounting); 
• You are motivated by process improvements; 
• You are detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to effectively complete tasks with minimal supervision; 
• You are focused on solutions and quick to adapt; 
• You’re proficient in using the Office suite (specially Excel); 
• You’re technologically inclined.
