So, what will your new role actually look like?   

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is the first point of contact for potential customers with our sales team. Our SDRs are responsible for revenue growth by generating conversations, qualifying leads and creating opportunities for the Account Executives. The ideal candidate is energetic, motivated, curious, a team player, and good at hitting ambitious sales objectives. This is an excellent position to start a B2B technology sales career. You will be responsible to :   

  • Work in collaboration with our existing Business Development & AE Team (Account Executive) to convert leads into opportunities and thus reach or exceed targets.   
  • Quickly owning Officevibe’s value proposition, understanding the Employee experience ecosystem and the prospects' needs within the HR industry.  
  • Engage in chat, email or phone conversations with potential clients to continuously convert them into opportunities.   
  • Efficiently managing new and open leads in your pipeline & prioritizing activity based on CRM data.     
  • Qualify potential clients by asking the right questions and taking an interest in their real difficulties.      
  • Create an excellent first impression for our potential clients by ensuring an extraordinary overall experience.    
  • Constantly improve our sales process to increase the number of sales activities and opportunities and thus exceed the established objectives.      

What will your future team look like?    

You will join a team of 2 SDRs and 2 BDRs.   

The team works closely daily to generate conversations with potential customers, create sales opportunities and achieve our sales goals! We are a team of motivated and very ambitious experts, and we use effective technological means to achieve our goals: HubSpot, Intercom, Gong, and ZoomInfo, among others.  

We put our customers first, which drives a different sort of sale. Our team is evolving in a fast-paced environment while educating prospects and clients on how to build lasting employee engagement & performance. 

Qualifications

  • Experience identifying client pains and providing recommendations to overcome them;      
  • Experience in dealing with prospects on the phone or/and in person;    
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where expectations are high;   
  • Excellent communication in English (written and spoken).  

Assets: 

  • Communication in French; 
  • Tech sales experience (SaaS & Inbound); 
  • Experience with HubSpot.
