We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Account Manager (m/f/d), Hungary to join our team at ProGlove, a leading provider of wearable technology solutions. This role is ideal for a self-driven sales professional who thrives on full ownership and independence. Job Description
As Territory Account Manager for Hungary, you will be fully responsible for all aspects of sales—from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and expanding existing accounts. You will work independently to drive revenue, with no additional support from other sales roles.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. New Business Acquisition
- Independently identify, prospect, and acquire new customers in Hungary.
- Develop and execute a customer acquisition strategy to continuously build a strong pipeline.
- Drive the full sales cycle—lead generation, qualification, pitching, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Proactively engage with key decision-makers and create compelling value propositions for ProGlove solutions.
2. Account Management & Growth
- Own and manage a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring strong relationships and long-term retention.
- Develop and implement account development plans to maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Regularly engage with customers to understand their needs, present solutions, and expand business within existing accounts.
3. Full Ownership of Sales Process & CRM Management
- Take full control of the entire sales process, managing every stage from start to finish.
- Ensure all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates are accurately recorded in Salesforce.
- Analyze sales data, monitor performance, and report insights to leadership.
Qualifications
We are looking for a highly self-sufficient, results-oriented sales professional with the ability to manage and grow a market independently. The ideal candidate has:
- Proven experience in an independent sales role, selling high-tech solutions to enterprise customers.
- Strong ability to build a sales pipeline, develop relationships, and close deals without additional sales support.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to influence key decision-makers.
- A strategic mindset with experience in creating and executing sales plans.
- Familiarity with formal sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Miller-Heiman, TAS).
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English and Hungarian (both written and spoken).
