Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with commercial leaders across DACH, EE, and Nordics to define KPIs and regional marketing plans. Coordinate with global functions (e.g., Product Marketing, PR/Comms) to localize and adapt initiatives to regional needs.

Event Management: Plan and manage regional events, trade shows, and conferences. Collaborate with the Sales Leaders to decide key events, establish goals, and ensure pre-scheduled meetings. Develop event-related marketing assets (e.g., flyers, social media, email plans) to maximize impact.

Project Management: Demonstrate strong project management skills in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing activities. Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure seamless execution.

Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance data, preparing reports on campaign effectiveness and pipeline contributions. Use insights to refine strategies and improve lead generation outcomes.
