We are an interdisciplinary team of designers (ID, UI/UX and print) based in Munich and Belgrade. We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer (m/f/d) to join our collaborative team and help us create great products that enhance productivity, health, and safety for people on the shop floor.  

Your mission...  
As UI/UX Designer, you will closely work with various stakeholders like Product Management, Engineering and Development and you will report directly to our Design Team Lead. We’re dedicated to find someone who is passionate about driving design processes from ideation to implementation and interested in supporting a wide range of HW/SW products.  

Your day-to-day will also consist of mainly these topics:  

• Independently driving the design process of software products from idea to implementation. 
• Being a strong voice for the user, generating ideas, building low-fidelity prototypes, and testing directly with our customers. 
• Searching for solutions, brainstorming new products, and maintaining the current product portfolio. 
• Collaborating closely with our UI/UX designers, product management, engineering, and frontend development teams. 
• Supporting a wide range of products, from mobile apps and our analytics and maintenance web application to our own display products.

As our ideal candidate for this role, you come with the following skills and competencies:  

• You have 3+ years of relevant experience as a UI/UX designer or an equivalent qualification 
• You can organize yourself, challenge existing standards and implement new ideas through a critical and analytical design process 
• You are experienced with Figma as well as the Adobe Suite 
• You are proficient in written and spoken English
