Job Description

Your mission...  
As Partner Development Manager, you will serve as the point of contact for ProGlove partners and distributors, with a focus on generating demand by enabling partners to sell the ProGlove Hardware and Software solutions and aligning them with our go-to-market team. In doing so, you cultivate strategic relationships, and establish a culture of trustful partner relations throughout the entire partner lifecycle. 

In this role you will report directly to our Regional Director CNEE.  
Your day-to-day will also consist of mainly these topics:  

Attract and Onboard Partners 

  • Collaborate with our internal go-to-market team and other stakeholders to identify, qualify and recruit new partners into our partner infrastructure. 
  • Initiate contract negotiations with prospective new partners, ensure their proper program enrollment and collaboratively develop a business plan that ensures both ProGlove’s and our partners’ ROI goals are met.  

Enable Partners 

  • Establish and manage the partner enablement track while providing technical training guidance and pre-sales training materials to our partners.  
  • Empower them with the knowledge and tools necessary to successfully sell ProGlove solutions to their end-customers; driving the adoption of new ProGlove solutions within the partner network. 
  • Own remote and on-site workshops to drive engagement & enablement. 

Collaborate & Engage  

  • Work together with partners to drive lead generation and pipeline development by collaboratively setting performance targets and foster the existing working relationships with focus partners.  
  • Lead the partner enablement and engagement efforts to nurture and deepen the relationships.

As our ideal candidate for this role, you come with the following skills and competencies:  

  • 5+ years of experience in hunting and cultivating partner relationships, preferably with a focus on SaaS or solution selling  
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and partner ecosystems
  • Experience in negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and compliance with company policies 
  • Willingness to travel (min. 50%) 
  • Strong hunter mentality to drive growth within the partner community 
  • Strong organizational, planning, communication and negotiation skills 
  • Positive, growth-oriented mindset and familiarity with formal sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, Miller-Heiman, TAS) 
  • Business fluency in English, and Swedish, and other Scandinavian language would be a plus
